Color Me Confident Coloring and Doodling Workshop

Color Me Confident

Coloring and doodling are no longer just childhood pastimes. Adults of all ages are now rediscovering the joy of coloring and even doodling their own designs. Coloring and doodling as creative activities calm emotions, reduce stress, foster artistic talents, improve fine motor skills, and create family bonding. Whether you use pencils, pens, crayons, or markers, coloring and doodling are great ways to disconnect from technology, stimulate your brain, and increase your creativity.

Spend a creative morning with new friends. Learn to “follow your art” through the use of color and how to conceptualize your own color schemes. Discover the history of color and how it has been used over the centuries.
