Signs of Change features the 20 regional and national winners of the 2015 – 2016 Philippine Art Awards (PAA).
For almost 20 years, PAA has maintained its preeminent status as a regional and national visual arts competition due to the growing participation of artists from all over the country.
The finalists are Neil Russell Balajadia, Florence Jose Cinco, George Cubacub, Roderick Macutay, andDexter Sy from Metro Manila; Abigail Dionisio, Keith Romeo Espinosa, Mike Garcia, Edwin Martinez, andMarc Aran Reyes from Luzon; Marzz Capanang, Jason Delgado, Rommel Anglacer Garde, Jose Inocencio III, and Joemel Guerrero Mirabuena from Visayas; andRaul Sungkit Bendit, Joel Geolamen, Alynnah Macla,Renato Pilapil, and Rodney Palada Yap from Mindanao.
