Manila Memorial Park (MMP) is the pioneer in the memorial park industry in the Philippines. Its first park opened in 1964. It is the largest memorial park company in terms of number of parks and development. The combined total area of all its parks totals 427 hectares; 242 fully developed while 185 undergoing full-scale development. These are already being offered for sale. In pursuit of its objective to provide prestigious memorial parks in the country, Manila Memorial Park is expanding to other parts of the nation, starting with the major cities, namely Cebu and Davao.
Manila Memorial Park is the industry leader in terms of sales and development. It is the only memorial park company consistently listed in the Top 1000 Corporations in the Philippines. The company is the first to have a modern crematorium in the country, which was introduced in 1985. Cremation was thought of to complement the existing business and to an affordable alternative to ground burial.
