La Funeraria Paz-Sucat, Inc. was incorporated in 2001 and inaugurated in August 2002. It is located near the entrance gate of Manila Memorial Park, Sucat, Parañaque City.
Three companies, all leaders in their respective fields, combined their resources and corporate expertise to establish La Funeraria Paz-Sucat: Manila Memorial Park, House of Investments and La Funeraria Paz, Inc.
La Funeraria Paz-Sucat was established to cater to the funeral needs of families for their departed loved ones. Being one of the biggest and most prestigious servicing mortuary south of Metro Manila, it has three storey levels with 24 well-appointed vigil chapels and air-conditioned family rooms, equipped with piped-in music and burning trays for select clients' needs.
The mortuary has a complete casket display room and a modern preparation room with a six-body freezer. It boasts of a large fleet of funeral coaches that is appropriate for the solemnity of the occasion.
CHANNEL OF MARKETING:
All funeral service requests are normally done through a telephone call from the family needing funeral service. The family members are then attended to with a dispatch of Service Directors on Duty, who answer all questions promptly and professionally 24 hours a day. When the family has arrived at the mortuary, they are shown the various service packages and funeral arrangements that they would prefer.
Being in the death care industry, the mortuary employs a passive advertising strategy to promote its funeral services. The Obituary Page of major newspapers is the regular mode of advertising for the mortuary. Flyers and inserts to company mailers are also done regularly through the three owner-companies. Word-of-mouth from satisfied clients is still one of the best channels of service promotion for La Funeraria Paz-Sucat.
